About EQ Impact
EQ IMPACT was created by Michael Pryke, a veteran of the corporate world and former Divisional MD at one of the country's largest financial conglomerates. He quit his executive position in 2000 to devote his full time to putting leadership expertise back into the business community. He is an authority on emotionally intelligent leadership, an accredited coach through the University of Cape Town and a Master Facilitator for the "Nine Conversations in Leadership" (developed by WorldsView). Michael is also a polished and acclaimed platform speaker and presentation coach.
